Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Lifeboard website and, when it launches, the Lifeboard app. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you agree to them. Lifeboard is made by Beacon Labs.
Pre-launch
Lifeboard is currently in a private pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your interest; it isn’t a purchase and doesn’t guarantee a launch date. We’ll email you when your spot is ready.
Your account & content
When the app launches you’ll create an account and be responsible for keeping it secure. The content you add — tasks, habits, events, notes — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store and sync it back to you.
Subscriptions
Lifeboard will be offered as a subscription with a free trial. Pricing and trial length are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time. Details will be finalized at launch.
Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, or access it in ways it wasn’t intended for. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited.
